You will become a Graduate Customer Support for our SaaS product, a creative solution to make life easier for both retail businesses and retail employees. As first line support you will provide a swift, concise and clear response to all customers queries by email and phone. With a growing customer base, we need our Graduate Customer Support to be the best personable communicators, as well as, tech or retail enthusiasts who can quickly and effectively troubleshoot customers issues.
